Welcome Retreat

Creating a restful oasis for family and friends was the main goal for this project. The original guest room in this home boasted brown walls, mismatched bedding, and tract lighting. In short, it did not say, “Welcome!” Drawing inspiration from the herringbone-patterned wallpaper, we pulled together a new color palette, linens, as well as the finishing touches. We also worked with the home owner to declutter the space. The goal was something fresh and inviting. Coastal charm radiates throughout the space. The crisp, beach-inspired blues, whites, and wood tones evoke peaceful relaxation. It’s now the kind of room you want to wake up (and go to sleep!) in.
