PROJECT OVERHAUL

Sometimes our projects are cosmetic, quick fixes and sometimes they require a complete overhaul. This renovation, aptly named Project Overhaul, was just that. You name it and we probably changed it for this outdated home. Not only did we take each room down the studs, our team ripped up the concrete floors to replace the pipes below and we removed the ceilings for a brand new shell. At one point we actually joked with the client that it might have been easier to just start from scratch with this home.

After the bones were brought up to modern standards, we were able to focus on the fun part - piecing it all back together. Our clients wanted a crisp, black and white vibe which we balanced with the most gorgeous white oak cabinets. The end result is captivating while also being inviting. We love it when clients are willing to take a bold step; and Project Overhaul certainly proves you don’t need a lot of color to achieve a lasting impact.
