A WORK In PROGRESS
Our team has spent months planning and working on the ADU (additional dwelling unit) added onto our historic Downtown Reno in the heart of urban Sarasota. This particular ADU will feature a fully-operational apartment on the second story with outdoor balcony, and a two-car garage plus storage on the first story.
The benefits of an ADU in a situation such as this is it allows the owners of a historic home the freedom to enjoy more space without compromising the integrity of the existing structure. But this is a work in progress - be sure to follow us on Instagram to watch how it all comes together.
